I'm grateful for many opportunities to work around the world, building relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds. listening to their experiences I've learned about the problems and challenges so many of us face, no matter how rich or poor, or where we grew up. working as executive coach to leaders for some of the world's most successful organisations, it became clear that most people want not only coaching, but therapy and counselling too. my experiences convince me that you are most successful in overcoming difficult challenges and achieving what you want - including meaningful & often profound personal growth - when I bring all three approaches together in a logically integrated model. with the Personal Consultancy approach, that is what I do.
